Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Educator, Social Justice Advocate, and Mother.

Briget Nunn is a passionate Clinical Mental Health Counselor, educator, social justice advocate, and mother, dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering inclusive mental health care. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, along with certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), Briget offers expert guidance to individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges.

In her counseling practice, Briget takes a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, creating a compassionate, safe space for clients to explore their emotions and develop resilience. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, she helps clients heal, grow, and find healthier ways of coping with life's obstacles.

As a social justice advocate, Briget is committed to addressing systemic inequalities and promoting mental health care that is accessible, culturally competent, and inclusive of all backgrounds. She advocates for marginalized communities and actively works to ensure that everyone, regardless of their identity or circumstances, has the opportunity to receive the care and support they deserve.

As an educator, Briget is dedicated to raising awareness about mental health, emotional wellness, and social justice issues. Drawing from her experiences as both a mother and a professional, she integrates empathy, compassion, and advocacy into her work, striving to create lasting positive change in the lives of those she serves.


Briget Nunn is a wellness enthusiast with a deep passion for promoting holistic wellness and integrates mindfulness, yoga, and meditation techniques, empowering clients to connect with their inner selves and cultivate emotional resilience. As a yogi, she believes in the mind-body connection and utilizes yoga practices to support mental and physical wellness.

As a mother and educator, Briget brings a compassionate, spiritual, and holistic perspective to her work, guiding clients toward a balanced, healthy lifestyle rooted in self-awareness, mindfulness, and intentional living. She is passionate about empowering others to live their best lives, fostering resilience, and cultivating emotional and physical wellness through both therapeutic practices and spiritual grounding.
